Maximum Allowable Weight definition

Maximum Allowable Weight means the weight that may be borne by a commercial Vehicle;
Maximum Allowable Weight means the weight as determined by the number of tires multiplied by the carrying capacity of the tire size as set out by Traffic Safety Act R.S.A. 2000 Chapter T-6 and its regulations;
Maximum Allowable Weight means the maximum weight which may be supported by a rope without the fact or of safety being reduced below the prescribed value;
