Examples of Maximum Amount of Advances in a sentence
An amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Maximum Amount of Advances shall be retained by the Board.
The total amount of all Advances under this Agreement shall not exceed the Maximum Amount of Advances.
The Board shall cause its Depository to make Advances for the use and benefit of the Contracting Party for a portion of the costs of the design, acquisition, construction, equipping and furnishing of the Improvements described within Exhibit “A” hereto, subject to and in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement; provided, however, the total amount of Advances shall not exceed the Maximum Amount of Advances.
