Class B Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Period with respect to the Class B Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR as of the LIBOR Determination Date for such Interest Period plus the Class B Certificate Rate Spread.
Class A Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period with respect to the Class A Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.11%.
Certificate Rate means 0.00% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months).
Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance At any given time, the sum of the then current Class Principal Balances of the Certificates.
Aggregate Certificate Balance when used with respect to Certificates, means, at any time of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of any two or more Principal Balance Certificates or of all the Certificates of any particular Class or Classes of Principal Balance Certificates, or, when used with respect to an EX XXXXX III Regular Interest, shall have the same meaning as “Certificate Balance”, or, when used with respect to a Class PST Component, shall mean the Class A-S-PST Percentage Interest of the Certificate Balance of the Class A-S REMIC III Regular Interest, the Class B-PST Percentage Interest of the Certificate Balance of the Class B REMIC III Regular Interest or the Class C-PST Percentage Interest of the Certificate Balance of the Class C REMIC III Regular Interest, as applicable.
Class A Certificate Principal Balance As of any date of determination, the sum of the Class A-1 Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2A Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2B Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2C Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2D Certificate Principal Balance and the Class R Certificate Principal Balance.
Subordinate Certificate Writedown Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount by which (i) the sum of the Class Principal Amounts of all the Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of principal and the application of Realized Losses in reduction of the Certificate Principal Amounts of the Certificates on such Distribution Date) exceeds (ii) the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date.
Initial Certificate Principal Balance With respect to each Class of Certificates, the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class of Certificates as of the Cut-off Date, as set forth in the Series Supplement.
Certificate Interest Rate With respect to each Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the applicable per annum rate set forth or described in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Initial Certificate Balance means $[ ].
Class A-1 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-1 hereto.
Class A-1 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).
REMIC II Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any date of determination, (i) 0.50% of the aggregate Uncertificated Balances of the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than REMIC II Regular Interest P) minus (ii) the aggregate of the Uncertificated Balances of REMIC II Regular Interest A-1, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2A, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2B, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2C, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2D, REMIC II Regular Interest M-1, REMIC II Regular Interest M-2, REMIC II Regular Interest M-3, REMIC II Regular Interest M-4, REMIC II Regular Interest M-5, REMIC II Regular Interest M-6, REMIC II Regular Interest M-7, REMIC II Regular Interest M-8, REMIC II Regular Interest M-9, REMIC II Regular Interest M-10 and REMIC II Regular Interest M-11, in each case as of such date of determination.
Original Certificate Balance means $38,461,539.71.
Class Certificate Principal Balance As to any Class of Certificates, other than any Class of Notional Certificates, and as of any date of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Principal Balances of all Certificates of such Class. The Class Certificate Principal Balance of each such Class of Certificates as of the Closing Date is specified in Section 5.01(b).

Original Class Certificate Principal Balance With respect to the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates, the Class C Certificates and the Class P Certificates, the corresponding amounts set forth opposite such Class above in the Preliminary Statement.
Certificate Principal Amount With respect to any Certificate (other than an Interest-Only Certificate), at the time of determination, the maximum specified dollar amount of principal to which the Holder thereof is then entitled hereunder, such amount being equal to the initial principal amount set forth on the face of such Certificate, less (i) the amount of all principal distributions previously made with respect to such Certificate; (ii) all Realized Losses allocated to such Certificate; provided, however, that on any Distribution Date on which a Subsequent Recovery is distributed, the Certificate Principal Amount of any Class of Certificates then outstanding to which a Realized Loss amount has been applied will be increased, in order of seniority, by an amount equal to the aggregate amount of any Subsequent Recovery distributed on such date to Holders of the Certificates, after application (for this purpose) to more senior Classes of Certificates pursuant to this Agreement and (iii) in the case of a Subordinate Certificate, any Subordinate Certificate Writedown Amount allocated to such Certificates. For purposes of Article V hereof, unless specifically provided to the contrary, Certificate Principal Amounts shall be determined as of the close of business of the immediately preceding Distribution Date, after giving effect to all distributions made on such date. Interest-Only Certificates are issued without Certificate Principal Amounts.
