Maximum Credit Value definition

Maximum Credit Value means the maximum value of Active Materials that may be credited by Patheon under this Agreement, as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule D;
Maximum Credit Value means the maximum value of Active Materials that may be credited by Patheon under this Agreement, as set forth on Schedule D;
Maximum Credit Value means the maximum value of API that may be credited by Patheon under this Agreement as set forth in Section 5.6.5 and Schedule E.

More Definitions of Maximum Credit Value

Maximum Credit Value or “MCV” means the value of property calculated by the department as provided in s. 79.10 (11) (c), Stats., for purposes of computing the lottery and gaming credit.
Maximum Credit Value means the maximum value of Active Material that Halo can be required to credit in a Year in which a Shortfall arose pursuant to this Agreement, as set forth on Schedule B.
Maximum Credit Value means the maximum value of Active Materials that may be credited by Patheon under this Agreement, as set forth on

Related to Maximum Credit Value

  • Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances Outstanding.

  • Aggregate Revolving Credit Exposure means the aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Revolving Credit Exposures.

  • Loan Limit means, at any time, the lesser of (a) the Total Commitment at such time and (b) the Borrowing Base at such time (including as it may be reduced pursuant to Section 2.14(h)).

  • Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate of the Outstanding Credit Exposure of all the Lenders.
