Maximum Daily Quantity (MDQ) means in respect of a Site the maximum quantity of Gas which such Site can use in one 24-hour period. ‘Maximum Annual Quantity’ (“MAAQ”) means the maximum amount of Gas the Customer can take within the Supply Period and as set out on the contract under Total Nominated Consumption. ‘Meter’ means in respect of a Site, the primary measuring equipment of the Transporter installed in the supply pipeline from Transporter’s transmission system at such Site.
