Maximum Disparity Table. For purpose of Options (b), (c) and (d), the applicable percentage is: Integration Level Applicable Applicable (as percentage of Percentages for Percentages taxable wage base) Option (b) or Option (c) for Option (d) 100% 5.7% 2.7% More than 80% but less than 100% 5.4% 2.4% More than 20% (but not less than $10,001) and not more than 80% 4.3% 1.3% 20% (or $10,000, if greater) or less 5.7% 2.7%
