Maximum Monthly Flow definition
Maximum Monthly Flow or “MMF” means a measure of flow expressed in MGDs and representing the highest average monthly flow, taking into account the total flow of wastewater discharged into the Regional Assets, measured in millions of gallons for any calendar month divided by the total number of days in that month.
Maximum Monthly Flow. (“MMF”) means the total flow of sewage in gallons divided by the total number of days in that month during which the greatest volume of flow occurs, in any given Fiscal Year, expressed in gallons per day (gpd). Design capacities and discharge permits for wastewater treatment facilities are commonly based on MMF.
