Maximum Nonusurious Interest Rate definition

Maximum Nonusurious Interest Rate means the maximum nonusurious interest rate allowable under applicable United States federal law and under the laws of the State of Texas as presently in effect and, to the extent allowed by such laws, as such laws may be amended from time to time to increase such rate.
