Maximum Permissible Amounts definition

Maximum Permissible Amounts means the lesser of: (a) $40,000, or such higher amount to which such amount may be adjusted or, pursuant to Section 415(f) of the Code, to implement special rules applicable to combining more than one defined contribution plan as a single plan; or (b) Twenty-five percent (25%) of the Participant’s Compensation as provided in Section 1.23(b).
