Maximum Revolving Facility Amount definition

Maximum Revolving Facility Amount means the amount set forth in Section 1(a) of Schedule A.

Maximum Revolving Facility Amount means, on any date of determination thereof, an amount equal to (a) the cap amounts, as applicable, set forth in Section 9.03(f) of the Term Loan Agreement, as in effect on the date hereof, and (b) all permanent reductions of the commitments to extend credit under the Revolving Documents.
