Medical assistance definition

Medical assistance means medical assistance as established under title XIX of the social security act, 42 USC 1396 to 1396w-5.
Medical assistance means the federal/state Medicaid program authorized under Title XIX of the federal Social Security Act and Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 256B.
