Maximum Tenure definition

Maximum Tenure means the period determined from time to time in accordance with the policy of the Lender which is the maximum tenure offered by the Lender to a Borrower for the repayment of the Dues.
Maximum Tenure means the period determined from time to time in accordance with the policy of the Bank which is the maximum tenure offered by the Bank to a customer/ borrower.

Examples of Maximum Tenure in a sentence

  • Provided that if as a result of such review / rescheduling, the original tenure of the Loan is required to be extended, the same shall be done only to the extent of the unutilized portion of the Maximum Tenure.

  • Provided that if, as a consequence of any extension of the tenure of the Loan as a consequence of the variation in VIR, the Maximum Tenure is likely to be exceeded, AHFL shall make appropriate changes in the Monthly Installment.
