Maximum Weighted Average Life definition

Maximum Weighted Average Life means, as of any date of determination, the number of years listed in the following table which corresponds to such date of determination:
Maximum Weighted Average Life means, as of the Closing Date, 6.0 years, declining by 0.25 years for each Collection Period elapsed during the Replenishment Period.
Maximum Weighted Average Life. 8.0 years.
