MBE/WBE Subcontractor definition

MBE/WBE Subcontractor means a person or firm certified as such by SDO and contractually engaged by the contractor to perform a portion (a) of the contracted Work, including labor, materials and supplies, or (b) labor, materials and supplies, or any combination thereof.
MBE/WBE Subcontractor s List” means the form of City of St. Louis MBE/WBE Subcontractor’s List published by the Board of Public Service of the City, such form being attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein by this reference.
MBE/WBE Subcontractor s List” means the form of City of St. Louis MBE/WBE Subcontractor’s List attached hereto
