MBS Agreement definition

MBS Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Mortgage Banking Services Agreement, dated as of June 30, 2020, by and between PennyMac Loan Services and PennyMac Corp.
MBS Agreement means the agreement by and between the Servicer and GNMA authorizing the Servicer to issue GNMA Securities.
MBS Agreement means the commitment to guarantee GNMA Certificates from GNMA to the Servicer in accordance with the GNMA Guide.

More Definitions of MBS Agreement

MBS Agreement means the Commitment to Guarantee Mortgage-Backed Securities (Form HUD 11704) from GNMA to the Servicer.
MBS Agreement. The Third Amended and Restated Mortgage Banking Services Agreement, between the Servicer and PennyMac Corp., dated as of December 16, 2024, as such agreement may be amended from time to time.
MBS Agreement means the Global Master Repurchase Agreement dated as of November 13, 1996 between Seller and Credit Suisse First Boston (Hong Kong) Limited, as amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time, relating to mortgage-backed securities; PROVIDED, HOWEVER that if such Global Master Repurchase Agreement is replaced by a Master Repurchase Agreement between Seller and Credit Suisse First Boston (Europe) Limited, such Master Repurchase Agreement, as amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time shall be the MBS Agreement.
MBS Agreement means the agreement with GNMA, Xxxxxx Mae or Xxxxxxx Mac pursuant to which GNMA, Xxxxxx Mae or Xxxxxxx Mac, respectively, has agreed to guarantee the timely payment of the specific MBS Certificates.

  • Connection Agreement means an agreement entered into between a distributor and a person connected to its distribution system that delineates the conditions of the connection and delivery of electricity to or from that connection;
