MCC Funding definition

MCC Funding has the meaning provided in Section 2.3.
MCC Funding means the funding MCC has made available to the Government pursuant to the terms of the Compact.
MCC Funding means the Program Funding and Compact Implementation Funding, and includes any refunds or reimbursements of Program Funding or Compact Implementation Funding paid by the Government of Zambia in accordance with the Millennium Challenge Compact;

Examples of MCC Funding in a sentence

  • MCC will have the right to arrange for audits of the Government’s use of MCC Funding.

  • MCC Funding may be used to fund the costs of any audits, reviews or evaluations required under this Compact.

  • In accordance with this Compact and the Program Implementation Agreement, MCC will disburse MCC Funding for expenditures incurred in furtherance of the Program (each instance, a “Disbursement”).

  • No MCC Funding shall be used for military purposes, for any activity likely to cause a substantial loss of United States jobs or a substantial displacement of United States production, to support any activity likely to cause a significant environmental, health or safety hazard, or to fund abortions or involuntary sterilizations as a method of family planning.

  • With MCC’s prior consent, MCC Funding may be used to pay the costs of obtaining such insurance.

MCC Funding has the meaning given such term in the recital clauses to the Agreement. “MCC Gender Policy” means the MCC Gender Policy and its amendments posted from time to time on the MCC website at xxx.xxx.xxx. “Month” means a calendar month and “monthly” refers to a calendar month. “Municipality” means the Municipality of Viti “Payment Certificate” means the certificate issued by the Engineer in accordance with GCC Clause 38. “Performance Security” means the security to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with GCC Clause 46. “Plant” means any integral part of the Works that shall have a mechanical, electrical, chemical, or biological function. “Program” has the meaning given such term in GCC Sub-Clause 23. “Schedule of Key Personnel” means the schedule of key personnel employed by the Contractor, described in GCC Clause 7. “Site” for XXX 0 xxx XXX xx xxxxxxx xx xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx. “Site Investigation Reports” means those that were included in the bidding documents and are factual and interpretative reports about the surface and subsurface conditions at the Site. “Site Possession Dates” means a date on which the Employer is to give possession of all or part of the Site to the Contractor in accordance with GCC Clause 16. “Specifications” means the Technical Specifications of the Works included as part of this Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Engineer. “Start Date” shall be the date when the Contractor may commence execution of the Works which is subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions: The Key personnel have successfully finished training (GCC 7.3.) ; The Program (GCC 23) is approved by the Engineer; The EHSMP (GCC 59) is approved by the Engineer; Products and Materials are approved by the Engineer. “Tax” and “Taxes” have the meanings given such terms in the Threshold Program or related agreement. “Temporary Works” means those works designed, constructed, installed, and removed by the Contractor that are needed for construction or installation of the Works. “Variation” means an instruction given by the Engineer which varies the Works. “Works” means what this Contract requires the Contractor to construct, install, and turn over to the Employer, as defined in Section 1, Technical Specifications.
MCC Funding means any funding from MCC including the 609(g) Grant.
MCC Funding means any amount, expressed in United States Dollars, that MCC may grant to the Government pursuant to the Compact or the 609(g) Agreement to help the Government implement the Program, as more particularly defined in the Compact and the 609(g) Agreement.
MCC Funding has the meaning provided in Section 2.1. MCC Indemnified Party has the meaning provided in Section 6.7. MCC Program Procurement Guidelines has the meaning provided in Section 3.6.
