MCUSA means the master connection and use of systems agreement, as defined in the BSC.

  • Selling Dealer further affirms and acknowledges that it did not rely upon the investigation of MCUSA, in its capacity as dealer-manager, or by any other Selling Dealer, in making such determination.

  • Such Selling Commissions shall be re-allowed to Selling Dealers by MCUSA.

  • MCUSA has all requisite power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to carry out its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Notices to MCUSA shall be directed to Macquarie Capital (U.S.A.) Inc.
