MDFO definition

MDFO means the Borrower’s Municipal Development Fund Office or any successor thereof;
MDFO means the Municipal Development Fund Office of DOF, or any successor thereto;
MDFO means the Guarantor’s Municipal Development Fund Office, and any successor thereto;

  • To this end, the Borrower shall: (a) carry out Part A.2 of the Project through MDFO; and cause LLDA to carry out Parts A.1, A.3 and B of the Project, all in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions.

MDFO and “Municipal Development Fund Office” means the MDF as reorganized, functionally and structurally, under President’s Executive Order Number 41 dated November 20, 1998, to be administered by DOF.
