Early Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period beginning at the close of business on the Business Day immediately preceding the day on which an Amortization Event is deemed to have occurred, and ending upon the earlier to occur of (i) the payment in full to the Investor Certificateholders of such Series of the Invested Amount with respect to such Series and (ii) the Termination Date with respect to such Series.
Amortization Amount means, with respect to any Principal Amount Repayment Date, the amount set forth opposite such Date on the Amortization Schedule.
Amortization rate means the board certified percent of salary required to amortize
Controlled Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period, if any, specified as such in the related Supplement.
Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.
Rapid Amortization Period means the Amortization Period commencing on the Pay Out Commencement Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the Series 2001-D Termination Date and (b) the termination of the Trust pursuant to Section 12.01 of the Agreement.
Amortization Payment Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).
Negative Amortization That portion of interest accrued at the Note Rate in any month which exceeds the Monthly Payment on the related Mortgage Loan for such month and which, pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note, is added to the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan.
Accumulation Period Factor means, for any Collection Period, a fraction with:
Expected Principal Payment Date means March 15, 2022.
Principal Payment Dates means unless otherwise determined by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award, December 1 in the years from and including 2020 to and including 2035, provided that in no case shall the latest Principal Payment Date be later than the maximum maturity of the Bonds referred to in the preambles hereto.
Amortization Period means the period beginning on the Termination Date and ending on the Maturity Date.
Managed Amortization Period means the period from the Closing Date to the Rapid Amortization Commencement Date.
Principal Payment Date means, if applicable, each date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.
Interest Factor means monthly compounding, discounting or annuitizing, as applicable, at a rate set forth in Exhibit A.
Class Factor As to any date of determination and any Combinable Class, the then current Class Factor for the Related REMIC Class. As to any date of determination and any RCR Class, a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the then current Class Balances of
Amortization Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).
Amortization Date means the earliest to occur of (i) the Commitment Termination Date, (ii) the declaration or automatic occurrence of the Amortization Date pursuant to Section 7.03 and (iii) that Business Day which the Borrower designates as the Amortization Date by notice to the Administrative Agent at least five (5) Business Days prior to such Business Day.
Note Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Note Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.
Expected Amortization Schedule means, with respect to any Tranche, the expected amortization schedule related thereto set forth in the Series Supplement.
Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the scheduled principal payments (if any) on the Mortgage Loans due on the related Due Date, (ii) the principal portion of proceeds received with respect to any Mortgage Loan which was purchased or repurchased pursuant to a Purchase Obligation or as permitted by this Agreement during the Prior Period and (iii) any other unscheduled payments of principal which were received with respect to any Mortgage Loan during the Prior Period, other than Payoffs, Curtailments, Liquidation Principal and Subsequent Recoveries.
Required Accumulation Factor Number shall be equal to a fraction, rounded upwards to the nearest whole number, the numerator of which is one and the denominator of which is equal to the lowest monthly principal payment rate on the Accounts, expressed as a decimal, for the three months preceding the date of such calculation.
Early Amortization Event means the occurrence of any of the following:
Consolidated Amortization Expense for any period means the amortization expense of the Issuer and the Restricted Subsidiaries for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
Scheduled Principal Payment Amount means, for the Notes of any Series or Class, as applicable, on any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the then Outstanding Principal Balance of such Series or Class of Notes, as applicable, over (y) the Scheduled Targeted Principal Balance of such Series or Class, as applicable, for such Payment Date.
Inflation Factor means a number determined for each tax year by dividing the consumer price
