Sub-subcontractor means any Person, including an Equipment supplier or vendor, who has a direct or indirect contract with a Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor to manufacture or supply Equipment which comprises a portion of the Work, to lease Construction Equipment to Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor in connection with the Work, to perform a portion of the Work or to otherwise furnish labor or materials.
Key Subcontractor means any subcontractor that will (a) fill any of the following key project roles: project management, lead design firm, quality control management, and quality assurance management or (b) serve as a key task leader for geotechnical, hydraulics and hydrology, structural, environmental, utility or right-of-way issues. See Form Q.
Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.
Reporting Subcontractor means with respect to any Person, any Subcontractor for such Person that is “participating in the servicing function” within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB. References to a Reporting Subcontractor shall refer only to the Subcontractor of such Person and shall not refer to Subcontractors generally.
Subcontractor means any person, private or government entity, or a combination of the above, to whom any part of the Goods to be supplied or execution of any part of the Related Services is subcontracted by the Supplier.
