Measured Enterprise definition

Measured Enterprise means the Qualifying Small Enterprise subject to measurement under this statement;
Measured Enterprise means organisation / entity applying for verification as indicated on the covering page of this Agreement;
Measured Enterprise means an Entity as well as an organ of state or public entity subject to measurement under the Codes.
