Measurement Facilities definition

Measurement Facilities means facilities or equipment used to measure the volume of Crude Petroleum, which may include meters, valves, recording devices, communication equipment, buildings and barriers.
Measurement Facilities means facilities or equipment used to measure the volume and the quality of the Saltwater, which may include meters, isolation valves, recording devices, communication equipment, buildings and barriers.
Measurement Facilities means, collectively, each such Measurement Facility.

More Definitions of Measurement Facilities

Measurement Facilities means facilities or equipment used to measure the volume and quality of the Crude Oil, which may include meters, isolation valves, recording devices, communication equipment, buildings and barriers.
Measurement Facilities. Any facility or equipment used to measure the volume of Gas, which may include meter tubes, isolation valves, recording devices, communication equipment, buildings and barriers.
Measurement Facilities means the Gathering System or equipment used to measure the volume and quality of the Gas, which may include meter tubes, isolation valves, recording devices, communication equipment, buildings and barriers.
Measurement Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.

Related to Measurement Facilities

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Measurement means metered volumes at a custody transfer meter through a turbine, Coriolis, or such other meter.

  • Contingent Facilities means those unbuilt Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades upon which the Interconnection Request’s costs, timing, and study findings are dependent and, if delayed or not built, could cause a need for restudies of the Interconnection Request or a reassessment of the Interconnection Facilities and/or Network Upgrades and/or costs and timing.

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system or "CPMS" means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this chapter, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, oxygen or carbon dioxide concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value on a continuous basis.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Stormwater management facility means a control measure that controls stormwater runoff and changes the characteristics of that runoff including, but not limited to, the quantity and quality, the period of release or the velocity of flow.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Replacement Facility means 1 of the following:

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Treatment facility means an institution (or distinct part thereof) for the treatment of alcoholism or drug abuse, which meets fully every one of the following tests:

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Continuous emission monitoring system or "CEMS" means the equipment required under section 11 of this rule to sample, analyze, measure, and provide, by means of readings recorded at least once every fifteen (15) minutes, using an automated data acquisition and handling system (DAHS), a permanent record of nitrogen oxides emissions, stack gas volumetric flow rate, stack gas moisture content, and oxygen or carbon dioxide concentration, as applicable, in a manner consistent with 40 CFR 75*. The following systems are the principal types of continuous emission monitoring systems required under section 11 of this rule:
