Shipper will comply with the Nomination, Balancing and Measurement Procedures attached as Exhibit A.

This Base Agreement, inclusive of the Recitals, and the Product Specifications, the Defined Terms, the General Terms and the Measurement Procedures attached hereto are hereby incorporated into and made part of the Agreement and, subject to the following sentence, will be given full force and effect as if contained in the body of this Base Agreement.
The SBWMA will use the Contamination Measurement Procedures set forth in Attachment E-1 and E-2, to determine the Contamination levels of single loads and quarterly Contamination Levels, respectively, of Source Separated and Targeted Recyclable Materials, Plant Materials and Organic Materials delivered to the Designated Transfer and Processing Facility.

The DESIGN PROFESSIONAL shall develop drafts of Section 00412 – Adjustment Unit Prices, Section 01015 – Specific Project Requirement, and Section 01270- Adjustment Unit Price and Measurement Procedures.
The fiscal meters shall be calibrated by the CONTRACTOR at least once each six (6) months, and at any time reasonably requested by the GOVERNMENT according to such metering procedures as shall be incorporated in the Measurement Procedures.
