Measuring Party definition

Measuring Party means Company's Transporter which shall be responsible for the measurement of Gas hereunder.
Measuring Party means a mutually agreeable party who will measure the gas under an executed Customer Order. If no Measuring Party is designated, then the Transporter immediately downstream of the Receipt Point(s) or upstream of the Delivery Point(s) will be the Measuring Party.
Measuring Party shall have the meaning given to such term in Clause 6.1.

  • Any costs thereof billed by the Measuring Party shall be shared equally between the Parties.

Measuring Party means the Party designated by the Parties to, at the Time of Receipt Inspection, take measure- ments and records for the Product(s) utilizing instruments (including but not limited to hydrometers, refractome- ters, or other tools or gauges) mutually agreed upon as accurate, as set forth below at Schedule 3.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume; “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted;
