  • Mechanics Bank agrees that for so long as it is the Servicer, the Servicing Standard shall be consistent in all material respects with the servicing standards with respect to motor vehicle retail installment sale contracts and installment loans for which Mechanics Bank or any of its Affiliates is the owner or the appointed servicer from time to time.
