Medallion Collateral definition
Medallion Collateral means, in respect of a Medallion Loan, the related Medallion and any other interest in property securing such Medallion Loan.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, from and after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Termination Event, the Agent shall have the absolute and unlimited right to direct the Servicer to commence or settle any legal action with respect to any Medallion Loan or Medallion or to foreclose upon or repossess any Medallion Collateral.
