Medallion Rights definition

Medallion Rights means (a) all license, operating and/or ---------------- subscription rights to Taxicab Medallion(s), and all license, operating and/or subscription rights evidenced by such Medallion(s) and (b) all renewals thereof.

Medallion Rights means, as to any Credit Party, all license, ---------------- operating and/or subscription rights to Taxicab Medallion(s), and all license, operating and/or subscription rights evidenced by such Medallions, and all renewals thereof, in which a perfected security interest has been obtained by such Credit Party to secure the Loan made by such Credit Party to such Person, and assigned to the Agent, for the benefit of the Banks, pursuant to the Borrower Security Agreement or the Guaranty and Security Agreement, as the case may be.

  • Unit Appreciation Right or “UAR” means a contingent right that entitles the holder to receive the excess of the Fair Market Value of a Unit on the exercise date of the UAR over the exercise price of the UAR.

  • CONCURRENT STOCK APPRECIATION RIGHT or "CONCURRENT RIGHT" means a right granted pursuant to subsection 8(b)(2) of the Plan.

  • INDEPENDENT STOCK APPRECIATION RIGHT or "INDEPENDENT RIGHT" means a right granted pursuant to subsection 8(b)(3) of the Plan.

  • Stock Purchase Rights means any warrants, options or other rights to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire any shares of Common Stock or any Convertible Securities.
