Media Asset definition

Media Asset means available advertising media including, but not limited to, bus shelters, subway cars, taxi TV, and broadcasts on New York City Media group television stations that the Office makes available for this purpose.
Media Asset means any radio station, television station, billboard and other related assets that broadcasts or communicate ideas, information or entertainment and is located in a Market (it being understood and agreed, however, that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the definition all assets owned by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on the Initial Borrowing Date shall constitute "Media Assets").
Media Asset means any radio station or related asset that is located in a Market.

  • Alloy shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining the relationships with any and all third parties advertising, marketing or otherwise using any Company Media Asset, including without limitation the establishment of advertising rates, negotiation and execution of agreements, and invoicing and collection procedures.
