Media Partner definition

Media Partner means, as applicable, an Exchange, Publisher, supply-side platform, ad network, demand-side platform, data management platform, ad server, third-party data provider, search engine, website on which media may be directly purchased, or other digital advertising technology vendors of Customer which are supported by the On-demand Services, in all cases, other than Adobe.
Media Partner means any company accepted by UEFA under contract to exercise and exploit media rights.
Media Partner has the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • The Organiser acknowledges that nothing in these T&C shall confer on the Organiser any right of ownership in the Media Partner Brands or the Media Partner Content.

  • Media Partner will provide to the Organiser trade marks and logos in both EPS and JPEG format in high definition ( Media Partner Brands, and all materials relating to the Media Partner Brands provided to Organiser being the Media Partner Content) within seven (7) days of the Effective Date.

Media Partner means any locai radio rights holder of Club and any local television rights holder of Club; and “Sponsor” means Club’s naming rights partner, banking and financial services partner, healthcare partner, and soft drink partner.   • de facto partner means a person who lives with the employee as husband, wife or same sex partner on a genuine domestic basis, although not legally married to the employee;
