Media Platform definition

Media Platform means all and any of the radio station(s), website(s), mobile or other platforms on which the Campaign is being broadcast as set out in the Media Schedule or as otherwise agreed between the parties;
Media Platform means the agreed platform via which the Moving Image Files will be broadcast in connection with the Project, as further described in the Sales Receipt. A “Media Platform” may include “internet” media only, television media, cinema media etc. as set out in the Sales Receipt; “Moving Image File” means the file format(s) containing images resulting from the Font Software, as further described in the Sales Receipt; “Project” means the specific tv and/or on-demand video programme, series, motion picture, marketing materials, social media videos, animation, and/or advertising campaigns (relating to a specific brand, or brands, or company), containing the Moving Image Files as specified in the Sales Receipt, to be broadcast, transmitted, streamed, or aired via the Media Platform to the public within the Territory during the Term; “Sales Receipt” means the sales receipt containing key details of the Font Software, Moving Image Files, the Project, the Territory, Desktop Licence, and other relevant information to which this Agreement relates, as issued by us to you following you entering into this Agreement; “Term” means the duration of time for which you are permitted to broadcast, transmit, stream or air the Moving Image Files in connection with the Project, as further described in the Sales Receipt; “Territory” means the geographic location within which the Project will take place, as specified in the Sales Receipt.
Media Platform means all and any of the radio station(s), website(s), mobile or other platforms on which the Campaign is being broadcast as set out in the Contra Form or as otherwise agreed between the parties;“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including a name, identification number, location data or online identifier;

  • Communications made to Seller through a Social Media Platform shall have no binding or consequential effect on Seller.

  • The term of the Underwriter’s exclusive engagement will be until the final Closing of the Offering in accordance with the Registration Statement (the “Exclusive Term”); provided, however, that a party hereto may terminate the engagement with respect to itself at any time upon 15 days written notice to the other party.

  • The Client expressly authorises Experian to act on the Client’s behalf and enter into Insertion Order Terms with Social Media Platform Providers to provide the Managed Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • If the Client or Permitted User brings any claim against the Media Platform Provider in connection with the subject matter of this Agreement, the Client shall reimburse Experian in full for any amounts which Experian is obliged to pay to the Media Platform Provider(s) in connection with such claim, and for any associated legal expenses reasonably and properly incurred by Experian.

  • Experian makes no representation or commitment of any kind and shall have no liability or obligation whatsoever in relation to the content or use of, or correspondence with, any of the Social Media Platforms, or any transactions completed, and any contract entered into by the Client with any such Social Media Platform.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold AugX harmless from and against any costs, losses, or liability arising in any way from your use of Generated Content, including, without limitation, your downloading, posting, or transmission of the same, or otherwise arising in any way from your activities on or with respect to any Social Media Platform.

  • online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.

  • Content Platform means all or any portion of a website containing written, video or photographic commentary, news or discussion on one or more particular topics (such as a blog) and that includes any Influencer Content.

  • Social media platform means any internet-based platform, including those which may be accessed through an app, through which users are able to create and/or share content that is accessible to members of the public, and includes, but is not limited to, sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Clubhouse, Pinterest, Tumblr, Google+, and YouTube.
