Media Warranty definition

Media Warranty. OPTUM warrants the tapes, diskettes or other media to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. CLIENT may return defective media to OPTUM and it will be replaced without charge. Replacement of media is CLIENT's sole remedy in the event of a media defect.
Media Warranty means the warranty referred to in Section 4.6.

  • Media Warranty As the only warranty under this Agreement, and in the case of accident, abuse or misapplication, Quick Heal warrants to the original Licensee only, that the disk(s) on which the software is recorded is free from defects in the materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of payment as evidenced by a copy of the payment receipt.

  • If, during (i) the Media Warranty Period, a defect in the media occurs and is reported to Licensor, the media may be returned to Licensor, and Licensor will replace the media without charge to you, or (ii) the Software Warranty Period or Hardware Warranty Period, a failure of the Software or Hardware to conform as warranted occurs and is reported to Licensor, Licensor, at its option, will use commercially reasonable efforts to repair or replace the non-conforming Software or Hardware.

  • The Physical Media Warranty does not apply to defects discovered more than thirty (30) calendar days after the date of Acceptance of the Software copy by Purchaser.

  • Client's sole and exclusive remedy for breach of the Media Warranty is replacement of the defective media if any such defect is found within three (3) months after deployment of the defective media and Client promptly notifies Xxxx of the defect in writing.

  • The Physical Media Warranty does not apply to defects discovered more than thirty (30) calendar days after the date of Acceptance of the Software copy by DIS.

  • If, during (a) the Media Warranty Period, a defect in the media occurs and is reported to Licensor, the media may be returned to Licensor, and Licensor will replace the media without charge to you, or (b) the Software Warranty Period a failure of the Software to conform as warranted occurs and is reported to Licensor, Licensor, at its option, will use commercially reasonable efforts to repair or replace the non-conforming Software.

  • During the Media Warranty Period, Licensee may return the defective media to Cubic and it will be replaced without charge.

  • Limited Warranty means the limited warranties and your coverage provided by IKO for your Shingles as expressly set out in this document, and are the only warranties being provided by IKO.

  • Express warranty means an express warranty as set forth in sections 4-2-313 and 4-2.5-210, C.R.S. An express warranty shall cover every part of a new facilitative device.

Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Owned Software means all computer, software or firmware programs, modules or libraries owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • SAP Materials means any materials (including statistical reports) provided, developed or made available by SAP (independently or with Customer’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Professional Services to Customer.
