MediaOne Social Contract definition

MediaOne Social Contract means the agreement dated August 3, 1995 between the FCC and Red, and the related FCC authorization dated July 3, 1997.
MediaOne Social Contract means the agreement dated August 3, 1995 between the FCC and Continental Cablevision, Inc., and the related FCC authorization dated July 3, 1997.

  • Social Engineering Fraud means the intentional misleading of an Employee through the use of a Communication, where such Communication:

  • Environmental and Social Commitment Plan or “ESCP” means the environmental and social commitment plan for the Project, dated May 5, 2023, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof, which sets out the material measures and actions that the Recipient shall carry out or cause to be carried out to address the potential environmental and social risks and impacts of the Project, including the timeframes of the actions and measures, institutional, staffing, training, monitoring and reporting arrangements, and any environmental and social instruments to be prepared thereunder.

  • Environmental and Social Management Framework or “ESMF” means the framework included in the EA setting out modalities to be followed in assessing the potential adverse environmental and social impact associated with activities to be implemented under the Project, and the measures to be taken to offset, reduce, or mitigate such adverse impact.

  • Commercial Contract means any written contract to which a VSE Entity is a party (other than a Government Contract or Government Subcontract) which gives rise or may give rise to Receivables.

  • Service Contract means, with respect to a Financed Vehicle, the agreement, if any, financed under the related Receivable that provides for the repair of such Financed Vehicle.

  • Environmental and Social Management Plan or “ESMP” means a site-specific environmental and social management plan to be prepared in accordance with the parameters laid down in the ESMF and acceptable to the Association, setting forth a set of mitigation, monitoring, and institutional measures to be taken during the implementation and operation of the Project activities to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels, and including the actions needed to implement these measures.

  • Clinical social worker means a person who practices social work as defined in § 54.1-3700.

  • Training Contract means an agreement signed by the employer and the Apprentice or Trainee (and a parent or guardian if applicable), in accordance with the Act and Regulatory requirements.

  • Estimated Social Security means, for an employee covered by Social Security, an employee's estimated OASDI retirement benefit.   • Social services means foster care, adoption, adoption assistance, child-protective services, domestic

  • Shipbuilding Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated 30 March 2011 and made between the Builder and the Borrower for the construction by the Builder of the Ship and its purchase by the Borrower as supplemented and amended from time to time;

  • Social Engineering Security Procedures means security procedures intended to prevent Social Engineering Fraud as set forth in the Application and/or as otherwise provided in writing to the Underwriter.

  • Insurance Contract means a contract (other than an Annuity Contract) under which the issuer agrees to pay an amount upon the occurrence of a specified contingency involving mortality, morbidity, accident, liability, or property risk.

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.
