Mediation Centre definition

Mediation Centre means the LCCI Mediation Centre, Lahore;
Mediation Centre means a Centre established at the District and Sub- Divisional level for conducting mediation proceedings as per the order of any Court or as per any provision of law.
Mediation Centre means a centre established at the State, District and Sub-Divisional Level for conducting Mediation proceedings by the Punjab State Legal Services Authority.

  • The Student and the PEI hereby agree to such procedures and to pay such fees as the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) may prescribe from time to time for the purpose of resolving their dispute.

  • Nothing in the student’s handbook or any other document provided by the PEI shall limit or restrict the Student from filing a complaint at any time with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) through the CPE Student Services Centre pursuant to Clause 5.3, or to seek other legal redress against the PEI as the Student might deem fit.

  • If both parties agree to attempt resolving the dispute through mediation, the parties agree to do so at the Singapore Mediation Centre in accordance with its prevailing prescribed form, rules and procedures.

  • In the event that the Student and the PEI are unable to resolve a dispute in accordance with the grievance procedure referred to in Clause 5.2, the Student and the PEI shall refer the dispute to the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) through the CPE Student Services Centre for mediation prior to instituting any legal action or proceedings.

  • Nothing in the student’s handbook or any other document provided by the PEI shall limit or restrict the Student from filing a complaint at any time with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) through the CPE Student Services Centre pursuant to Clause 5.3, or thereafter to file such legal proceedings against the PEI as the Student might deem fit.

  • Any dispute in respect of how much Course Fees have been consumed pursuant to this clause shall be referred to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) through the CPE Student Services Centre pursuant to Clause 5.4, and only in respect of such decision, the decision of the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) shall be final and binding on all parties.

  • If such efforts taken for such consultation and negotiation shall fail, then the parties may refer the matter to mediation in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Singapore Mediation Centre.

  • All disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to the Singapore Mediation Centre for resolution by mediation in accordance with the Mediation Procedure for the time being in force.
