Mediation Request definition

Mediation Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
Mediation Request has the meaning set forth in Section 13.11(b).
Mediation Request means a written document which sets forth the nature of the dispute, as well as the identity of the Parties, that occurs on Tribal Lands and seeks the Peacemakers mediation services.

Examples of Mediation Request in a sentence

  • The Parties shall have twenty (20) days from receipt by a Party of a Mediation Request to agree on a mediator.

  • If the Dispute has not been resolved within sixty (60) days of the appointment of a mediator, or within ninety (90) days after receipt by a Party of a Mediation Request (whichever occurs sooner), or within such longer period as the Parties may agree to in writing, then the Dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Section 7.3.

  • If no mediator has been agreed upon by the Parties within twenty (20) days of receipt by a party of a Mediation Request, then a Party may request (on written notice to the other Party), that CPR appoint a mediator in accordance with the CPR Mediation Procedure.

  • The Parties shall have twenty (20) days from receipt by a Party (or Parties) of a Mediation Request to agree on a mediator.

  • If no mediator has been agreed upon by the Parties within twenty (20) days of receipt by a Party (or Parties) of a Mediation Request, then any Party may request (on written notice to the other Party) that CPR appoint a mediator in accordance with the Procedure.
