Mediation Team means the 2 person teams created by the Commission, pursuant to RIGL 42-51-6.2 to attempt by informal methods of conference, persuasion, and conciliation, to induce compliance with matters within the jurisdiction of the commission.

  • Mediation means any process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.
