  • With respect to the Licensed COVID-19 Mono Product, the costs of Medical Activities that are set forth in the COVID-19 Research and Development Plan will be deemed COVID-19 Research and Development Costs and will be accounted for in the COVID-19 Research and Development Budget.

More Definitions of Medical Activities

Medical Activities means (a) activities directed to HCPs to provide them with objective, scientific information to educate and inform, including such information provided through congresses and other venues for peer-to-peer scientific discourse; (b) to convene and manage advisory boards and relationships with key opinion leaders; and (c) evidence generation studies that do not include the administration of Licensed Product; in each case of (a)-(c), excluding promotional or other sales-related activities further described in Article 7 (Commercialization) and excluding any Development activities, Manufacturing activities, or Regulatory Activities.
Medical Activities means the procurement of medical or medically prescribed services or products or participation in med- ical or medically prescribed activities.
Medical Activities means any and all activities directed to the formulation and performance of (i) Post-Marketing Clinical Trials;
Medical Activities means MSL Activities and Global Medical Activities.
Medical Activities means, with respect to an Eisai Collaboration Product, any activity that incurs a Medical Cost.
Medical Activities means continuing medical education, scientific communication and exchange and medical liaison activities.

Related to Medical Activities

  • School activities means any activity sponsored by the school including, but not limited to, classroom work, library activities, physical education classes, official assemblies and other similar gatherings, school athletic contests, band concerts, school plays and other theatrical productions, and in-school lunch periods.
