Medical appointments definition

Medical appointments means an appointment with a registered medical professional for the purposes of seeking treatment of personal illness or injury or other preventative health consultations for the Employee and/or those in the Employees’ Family and care.

Examples of Medical appointments in a sentence

  • Medical appointments that cannot be scheduled during non-working hours.

  • Medical appointments which cannot be scheduled outside the workday.

  • Medical appointments of the employee or the employee’s immediate family that require the employee’s attendance and personal care.

  • Medical appointments may be charged to sick leave or personal leave.

  • Medical appointments related to industrial injury or illness shall be calculated on an hourly basis.

  • Medical appointments such as physical, dental, vision or hearing exams, except for emergency care, will be made on the employee’s scheduled days off.
