Medical Contractor definition

Medical Contractor means the Department’s contracted inmate medical health care and utilization services provider.

  • Document all Inmate Patient encounters in the medical record with a copy of the encounter available to Medical Contractor via Electronic Health Record.

  • In the event the Department’s Medical Director or the Department’s Medical Contractor seek services from BSH for outpatient specialty services not covered by the terms of this Contract those services shall be billed to the Department’s Medical Contractor per the terms of the Inmate Medical Contract.

  • The Hythiam License shall terminate in total simultaneously with the expiration or termination for any reason of this Agreement and shall terminate with respect to any Medical Contractor simultaneously with the termination for any reason of the Professional Services Agreement with that Medical Contractor.

  • In the event that any disciplinary action or medical malpractice action is initiated against any Medical Contractor, the PC shall promptly inform the Manager of such action and the underlying facts and circumstances.

  • Collections accruing to the contractor in connection with the work under this contract and processed and accounted for in accordance with applicable requirements imposed by the J.3 Health Care Center Description There is a Health Care Center located in the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Area of the Hanford Site, that is staffed by the Occupational Medical Contractor to provide first aid services to workers in the adjacent areas.

  • The Site Occupational Medical Contractor (SOMC) shall perform all medical examinations required for performance of this Work.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, execution by Authorized Users of confidentiality agreements with Manager shall not eliminate or limit in any way PC’s obligations as set forth in this Agreement with respect to disclosure and use to and by PC and each Medical Contractor of the Licensed Technology.

  • The Licensed Technology is provided by Manager to PC and/or to any Medical Contractor as additional points of information and not, in whole or in part, as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

Related to Medical Contractor

  • Medical control means a person who provides medical supervision to an emergency medical service provider.

  • Electrical contractor means an electrical contractor as defined in the Regulations;

  • Home improvement contractor or "contractor" means a person who sells goods and services, or agrees to furnish or render services, to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement installment contract, or sells goods and services to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement charge agreement, but not in connection with construction of new homes.

  • Contractor means the Party selected to provide the goods or Services to the State under this Contract.

  • Medical cannabis pharmacy means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
