Medical Course definition

Medical Course means the course of study, for which a place has been provided for You under the Scheme and undertaken through the University, referred to in Item A of the Schedule. The University may, at its own discretion, change the name of the Medical Course during the length of the Medical Course. If this occurs, the parties will consider the Agreement amended to reflect this change in name; Medical Practitioner means a person registered as a medical practitioner under a law of a State or Territory that provides for the registration of medical practitioners, and who holds either Provisional Registration, General Registration or Vocational Registration; Minister means the Minister responsible for the administration of the Health Insurance ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, or a person authorised in writing by the Minister for the purposes of this Agreement;
Medical Course means any approved professional course in medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, para-medical or in any other system of medicine, which are recognized or approved under the respective Act governing that course;
