Medical Good definition

Medical Good means any Good which is presented as having properties for diagnosing, treating, control monitoring after treatment, or preventing a disease in human beings and any medical material. The termTherapeutic Food” means any Good which is developed to meet the needs of malnourished people in crisis situations, including Goods which are fortified with proteins, minerals and vitamins. The Supplier shall ensure that all Medical Goods and Therapeutic Foods comply with the quality, packaging and labelling standards included in the Supplier Guidelines. Insofar as possible, the Supplier shall ensure that the Goods come from the same production batch.
