Medical Inventory definition

Medical Inventory means the medical inventory of Quality Medical Supply Nashville, Inc.

  • No later than ten (10) Business Days prior to Closing, Seller shall deliver to Purchaser an inventory of the Medical Inventory and Purchaser shall provide Seller no later than five (5) days prior to the Closing a schedule setting forth the amount to be paid as Additional Monies.
