Medical Manager definition

Medical Manager means a medically qualified person who is appointed and authorised by UCI to act on its behalf in matters arising under these Regulations. The Medical Manager cannot be part of the Exert Panel.
Medical Manager means a medically qualified person who is authorised by World Athletics to act on its behalf in matters arising under these DSD Regulations.
Medical Manager is defined in the preamble of the Agreement.
