Medical Need Protocol definition

Medical Need Protocol means the Medical Need Program for Individual Patient Supply of Levact® (bendamustine hydrochloride) for the treatment of relapse or refractory multiple myeloma as set out in Appendix 1 of this Agreement.

  • All Confidential Information, this Agreement and the terms hereof shall be treated as strictly confidential and none of the Parties shall, without the prior written permission of the disclosing Party, disclose the same to any third party except to the extent this may be required by a regulatory authority or by applicable law or as necessary for the conduct of the Medical Need Protocol.

  • All rights in any invention, idea, discovery, improvement, formulae, including rights in patents, (whether registered or not) and all associated rights in Belgium or elsewhere arising from or during the course of the Medical Need Protocol shall be and remain the Supplier’s sole property and all present and future rights therein are hereby assigned to the Supplier.

  • This Agreement comes into effect in accordance with the date on the first page of the Agreement and will expire after the date the Prescriber informs the Supplier that the Medical Need Protocol has ended, which shall occur when twenty (20) Patients have finished their treatment.

  • Licensed mental health professional or "LMHP" means a physician, licensed clinical psychologist, licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner, licensed marriage and family therapist, certified psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, licensed behavior analyst, or licensed psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner.
