MEDICAL OFFICES definition

MEDICAL OFFICES means the medical offices and laboratory facilities listed on Attachment IV and/or at such other place or places of business as may be agreed upon by the parties in writing.
MEDICAL OFFICES means a building, or part of a building, designed and used for the diagnosis, examination, and treatment of human patients, including pharmacies and dispensaries which are limited to a maximum of 50m2 in floor area, waiting rooms, treatment rooms, blood testing clinics, but shall not include overnight accommodation for in-patient care;
MEDICAL OFFICES means the offices of licensed medical practitioners including general and specialized medical doctors; chiropractors; and urgent care facilities.

MEDICAL OFFICES means a building designed for the use as consulting rooms or offices for medical purposes that is used by a medical doctor, sangoma, herbalist, physiotherapist, homeopath, optometrist or any other medical related use that serves the purpose of consultation, but excludes a clinic or any other medical use that provides overnight accommodation for patients. This use will only be valid on a residential erf where such person also resides on the erf. It excludes any noxious practices or uses which will interfere with the amenity of the surrounding properties or is of nuisance value by virtue of noise, appearance, smell or activities or for any other reason whatsoever.
