Medical Panel definition

Medical Panel means a single provider organization or the grouping of multiple provider organizations for purposes of calculating statistically meaningful MCTs, shared savings, and utilization performance targets. Medical panels shall be formed either by the providers themselves or by Anthem. Further details regarding medical panels are provided at the end of this section.

Examples of Medical Panel in a sentence

  • In any reexamination authorized by Chapter 36 of the Milwaukee City Charter of such retired beneficiary, the beneficiary shall be referred to the Medical Council, in lieu of the Medical Panel, for reexamination and such Medical Council shall make the determination and certification required under the provisions of Chapter 36 of the Milwaukee City Charter for reexaminations.

  • Effective July 30, 2016, when a retirement application is filed by an employee covered by this Agreement who seeks a Duty Disability Retirement Allowance the application shall be referred to the Medical Council established under 36-15-12 of the Milwaukee City Charter, in lieu of the Medical Panel, which Medical Council shall determine and certify whether the applicant is permanently and totally incapacitated for duty in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 36 of the Milwaukee City Charter.

  • The following applies to Medical Panel Project Orders ONLY: Orders of a value equal to or greater than twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) are shipped FOB: Factory - Freight Allowed for as many as two (2) ground shipments to any U.S. mainland (48 states) location or port of debarkation or as outlined in quote and agreed upon in purchase order.

  • The report of the Medical Panel to the Employer shall be limited to the conclusions and recommendations of the Panel and the medical information leading to those conclusions and recommendations.

  • In addition to the Settlement Amount and its other payments potentially due hereunder, the WTC Captive shall pay the reasonable fees, costs and expenses of the Allocation Neutral, the Lien Resolution Administrator, the Medical Panel and Xxxxxxxx Rozen, LLP (collectively, “Allocation Costs”) up to and including Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($3,500,000.00).
