Medical Payments definition

Medical Payments means reasonable payments for:
Medical Payments means reasonable expenses for any of the following: a. first aid administered at the time of the accident; b. necessary dental, medical, surgical and X-ray services, including prosthetic devices; and c. necessary ambulance, hospital and professional nursing services.
Medical Payments means payment to or for each person who sustains Bodily Injury caused by accident all reasonable Medical Expenses incurred within one year from the date of the accident on account of such Bodily Injury, provided such Bodily Injury arises out of (a) a condition in the insured premises; or (b) operations with respect to which the Named Insured is afforded coverage for Bodily Injury under this policy “Occurrence” means an event, including continuous or repeated exposures to conditions, which result in “Bodily Injury”, “Pers onal Injury” and/or “Property Damage” neither expected or intended from the standpoint of the “Insured”. All such exposure to substantially the same general conditions shall be deemed one “Occurrence”.
