Medical Supervisors definition

Medical Supervisors means medical personnel who are available each shift, approximately two (2) per shift, and are specially trained to perform low volume high risk paediatric procedures, and field and retrospective audits of medical providers’ performances.

  • Qualified Lieutenants working out of class as Battalion Chiefs or Medical Supervisors, however, will be compensated at the rate of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hours (currently $1.00) for working out of class.

  • The COUNTY will provide transportation of prisoners within its custody to and from medical facilities within the Everett City limits when the Custody or Medical Supervisor(s) has determined that such treatment is necessary under Section 6(D), below.

  • Medical Supervisors are responsible for keeping their request current.

  • Clinical supervision means direction or oversight provided either face to face or by videoconference or telephone by an individual qualified to evaluate, guide, and direct all behavioral health services provided by a licensee to assist the licensee to develop and improve the necessary knowledge, skills, techniques, and abilities to allow the licensee to engage in the practice of behavioral health ethically, safely, and competently.

  • Medical service means any medical treatment or any medical, surgical, diagnostic, chiropractic, dental, hospital, nursing, ambulance, and other related services, and drugs, medicine, crutches and prosthetic appliances, braces and supports, and, where necessary, physical restorative services.
