Medically Fragile Model Waiver definition
Medically Fragile Model Waiver means the 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services waiver granted by the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services that allows Medicaid funds to be spent on a child living in the family home who otherwise would have to be served in a hospital if the waiver was not available.
