Medically-needy income level definition

Medically-needy income level. (MNIL) shall mean 133 percent of the ADC schedule of basic needs (payment level) based on family size. (See 441— subrule 41.8(2).
Medically-needy income level or "MNIL" means the basic maintenance standard used in the determination of Medicaid eligibility for the medically needy.
