Medicare Rebate Program definition

Medicare Rebate Program means MCLIC’s or its Affiliate’s manufacturer rebate program under which MCLIC or its Affiliate contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers for Rebates payable on selected Covered Drugs that are reimbursed, in whole or in part, through Medicare Part D, as such program may change from time to time.
Medicare Rebate Program means Express Scripts’ or its Affiliate’s manufacturer rebate program under which Express Scripts or its Affiliate contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers for Rebates payable on selected Covered Drugs that are reimbursed, in whole or in part, through Medicare Part D, as such program may change from time to time.
